Questions About How We Work
Do you work on a fixed price or hourly rate?
Fixed price only. We scope the work first, agree a price, then build. You will never receive an unexpected invoice.
Can I make changes during the build?
Minor adjustments, yes. Scope changes are discussed and priced separately. We will always tell you before any extra cost applies.
How do I see progress?
You have access to a shared project board and a live Shopify preview from day one of the build.
What if I am not happy with the result?
We build to the agreed scope. If something does not match the scope, we fix it. Revisions within scope are included.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. 30 days of bug fixes after launch are included. Ongoing support is available as a monthly retainer.
